About

Antonio Casasola, PhD, is the Founder and Lead Consultant of 23 Consulting, with over 20 years of experience in nonprofit services, focusing on training, leadership, program development, and veteran workforce transition. His work spans roles on committees for Risk Management, Safety, and Leadership, as well as service on nonprofit boards.

Antonio holds a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Business Psychology, where his research examined the impact of leadership styles on generational workforce. He bridges business and social services to create practical, people-centered solutions.

At 23 Consulting, he partners with mission-driven organizations to streamline operations, develop talent, and deliver sustainable growth.
